The Plastic Pirates, EU4ocean and BlueMissionBANOS and others organized a collective beach clean-up on 29 May at Christiansminde beach, Denmark at European Maritime Days 2024.

“Let’s celebrate (our commitment to) a healthy ocean!” The Mission "Restore our Ocean and Waters" offered a great opportunity to come together and share knowledge on our underwater world. Stakeholders, citizens, students and children were invited for a “walk and talk” about protecting and keeping our oceans healthy and developing sustainable practices. Plastic Pirates contributed by collecting plastic waste along the seashore.
